We deliver within Ontario only, up to 4 hours outside of our store in London, Ontario. Please contact us to see if there is a delivery fee for your location. Deliveries in London are free!

Unfortunately we are unable to remove existing furniture, however we may be able to move your existing furniture to a different room in your home for a fee.

Yes, we do! We work with a local company Zucora Home to provide the best protection plan for our customers.
Yes! Upholstery fabric pilling is very normal. This is a result of fibres from the fabric being rubbed, and it can be removed using a fabric shaver. This will go away over time, and is a natural quality of many upholstery fabrics.
It is important to remember when purchasing down-filled furniture that the cushions must be fluffed and rotated frequently. By rotating and flipping the cushions on a regular basis, you are helping disperse the feathers inside which give it that gorgeously fluffy look. Also remember, down does not have the same qualities as foam and will have a slightly more ruffled, chic appearance.
